España necesita un proceso de reformas para salir de casi tres décadas de estancamiento. No son reformas imposibles, ni siquiera son difíciles, y se han hecho ya con éxito en muchos otros países. Pero no son solo reformas económicas, sino también políticas, e implican que los políticos devuelvan el poder, que nunca tuvo que ser suyo, a los ciudadanos.
